Beta Notice

Olynce is currently operating as a free, limited beta. These Terms are subject to change as we transition to a paid service model. Material changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Olynce ("Olynce", "we", "our", or "us"), a service that monitors how brands appear in AI-generated answers and related visibility analysis, available at olynce.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

The Service

Olynce runs buyer-intent queries through third-party AI models (currently ChatGPT) and reports how brands appear in the results, including mentions, competitor recommendations, verbatim reasons, and source links. Reports can be viewed in your dashboard and exported as PDFs.

The Service is currently offered as a free, limited beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@olynce.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans may be introduced following the beta period. When paid plans are available:

  • Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms and privacy policy.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We will provide advance notice before any paid plan begins, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Submit brands or data you do not have the right to submit.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of this section.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Olynce and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

You retain ownership of the brands, websites, query configurations, and other data you submit ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not use Your Data to train AI models.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including OpenAI (for AI-generated answers), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), and Dodo Payments (payment processing). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olynce will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you have not made any payment.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or as needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of Your Data by contacting hello@olynce.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
