When you add a brand for monitoring, we process and store the brand name, website, location, and the buyer-intent questions you configure. We also store monitoring results, including whether a brand was mentioned, competitor mentions, the reasons returned by AI models, and source links.

Monitoring results may be stored to support account functionality, historical reports, product improvements, and future service features.

If payments are enabled, payment-related information will be processed by third-party payment providers, including Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
